Dance Classes

Dance Classes

Aylin teaches a range of dance styles, with offerings that include classical ballet, contemporary dance. Her classes are structured to build on each other, so students develop a well-rounded foundation rather than a narrow set of skills.

She works with students across all age groups, from beginners just discovering what their bodies can do, to adult learners returning to dance after years away, to serious students training with real competitive or performance goals in mind. Beginners are welcomed without hesitation. Advanced students are challenged without apology.

Her teaching philosophy is pretty simple: technique matters, but so does joy. If a student walks out of class feeling more capable and more excited about dance than when they walked in, Aylin considers that a good day.

Choreography

Choreography

Aylin’s choreography work is where her two worlds, performance and teaching, come together most visibly. She has choreographed for dance recitals, competition pieces, and full-scale musical theater productions, adapting her process to suit the context every single time.

She doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all choreography. When working with a student or a group, she starts by observing, figuring out their strengths, their quirks, the things that make them interesting to watch. Then she builds from there. The result is choreography that feels specific and intentional rather than generic. For competition pieces, she focuses on work that stands out in a crowded field without sacrificing artistry for flash.

Competitive-Dance

Competitive Dance

Aylin has extensive experience preparing students for competitive dance environments, and she takes that responsibility seriously. Competition can be a genuinely valuable experience for dancers, but only when they’re prepared the right way, mentally and physically, not just technically.

Her competitive students learn how to perform under pressure, how to take feedback, and how to keep perspective when results don’t go their way. Those lessons tend to stick around long after the trophies collect dust. Her students have placed well across regional competitions, but more than that, they consistently leave the competitive experience more confident and more resilient than when they started.
